On Saturday, October 3, the '2026 KYK High School Volleyball Clinic Powered by Under Armour NEXT', took place at the Ansan Sangnoksu Kim Yeon-koung Gymnasium!
Following last year's event, the clinic was held for the second time, bringing together 39 promising high school volleyball players from all over the country for a truly special day.
The players checked their skills and had time for new learning while participating in various programs, from measuring physical abilities using professional equipment to customized training for each position.
Highlighting the day, KYK Foundation Chairperson Kim Yeon-koung, alongside coaches Yoon Bong-woo and Lee Hyo-hee and professional trainers, personally shared their invaluable real-world court experience and insider know-how with the players. In the afternoon, the excitement escalated as the athletes split into "Team Under" and "Team Armour" for a series of fiercely contested, high-octane matches!
To wrap up the clinic, four exceptional male and female players were recognized for their outstanding skills and active dedication. Each winner will be awarded a 1 million KRW scholarship from the KYK Foundation, along with an additional 1 million KRW worth of Under Armour gear.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the 39 young athletes who filled the court with their passion for learning, as well as to Under Armour, the coaching staff, and the trainers who made this deeply meaningful event possible.
The KYK Foundation will continue to support young volleyball players as they pursue their dreams and grow.
